Inspection and Damage Assessment

Our people take all necessary safety precautions, including utilizing hazard gear. Our technicians fully assess the situation to determine the level of damage and identify the source of water entry. To prevent more damage from occurring to your residence or business property, we begin by taking care of the problem that created the problem, even if temporarily, and later do a permanent repair after the other damage has been cleaned up.

The next step is to test, identify and categorize the kind of water that has flooded your property. This step is essential as, depending on the source, the water can have bacteria, biohazards and other toxins.

Next our experts check exactly how much water damage has developed from the flooding. This requires us to examine how much water has entered the property and also the levels of dampness present. Water Removal/Water Extraction
